What ingredients do you use?
We bake with all natural ingredients and no preservatives. Please see our list of complete ingredients.
 
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
First of all, we bake our cookies after we have received your order. Having said that, the sooner you eat your Cookie Time Cookies, the fresher and better tasting they will be. If the cookies are a little dry because of time, pop them in the microwave for just a few seconds and they will taste like fresh from the oven.
 
How much is shipping?
We use the United States Postal System (USPS). You will have the choice to send your cookies priority or express. You will be able to see the price of shipping to your location before having to supply credit card information.
 
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we ship wherever the USPS will take us.
 
Where do you ship from?
Utah, United States.
 
How long will it take to receive the cookies?
Postal deliveries will usually take 2-4 days. The farther you live from Utah, the longer it will take. The USPS says the longest it will take to send a package to anywhere in the United States is 6 days with priority mail and 1-2 days with express mail. Please understand that Cookie Time can only ship when the USPS is open. Also we do not make your cookies until after you’ve ordered them.
 
Will the cookies fit in my mailbox?
Yes, 1 dozen will fit in your mailbox. If you order more than 1 dozen, which we hope you do, the box will be too large for a normal size mail box. Don’t worry! The mailman knows what to do.
 
Can I send cookies as a gift?
Absolutely! After placing your order, the cart checkout system will ask you if you would like to deliver them to a different address than the billing address. You may also write a short greeting or message to the lucky recipient.
 
How do I know my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation by email.
 
Will I receive a tracking order?
After confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation number. With it, you will be able to track your order.
 
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. We guarantee your Cookie Time Cookies will be “...incredible...all the time” If you are not completing happy with your order please email us at cookietimellc@yahoo.com and specify the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will replace your order.
 
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you email us at cookietimellc@yahoo.com within 3 hours, we will cancel your order. If you feel you accidentally ordered the wrong cookies, simply email us with the correct information and we will make the adjustment for you.
 
Do you give refunds?
No. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your cookie order, please email us and specify the issue. We will gladly replace the order.
